Riyadh — Mubasher: Saudi Networkers Services Company reported a 9.91% decline in net profit during the first half (H1) of 2026, reaching SAR 18.56 million compared to SAR 20.60 million in H1-25.
The company attributed the decrease primarily to an increase in expected credit loss provisions and higher Zakat expenses, according to a bourse filing.
Revenue for the period fell by 1.61% to SAR 292.46 million in H1-26 from SAR 297.25 million in the prior-year period, driven by a slight contraction in operational activities.
Earnings per share (EPS) subsequently dropped to SAR 2.5 from SAR 2.7 in H1-25.
Total shareholders' equity, excluding non-controlling interests, rose by 5.75% to SAR 117.07 million in H1-26 from SAR 110.70 million as of 30 June 2025.
The company’s external auditor issued an unmodified opinion on the financial statements.
Despite the decline in bottom-line performance, the firm maintained a stable equity position during the first half of the year.
