Riyadh — Mubasher: Thimar Development Holding Company’s board of directors has approved the rebranding of its 100% owned subsidiary as part of a broader strategic alignment.
The unit, previously known as Wasmi and Thimar Meat Company, has been renamed Thamrat Fresh.
The limited liability company will also expand its commercial activities beyond its existing focus on agricultural and food industry trade and production.
Under the new mandate, the subsidiary will incorporate professional, scientific, and technical activities into its operations.
Thimar stated that these changes are designed to support the company’s long-term objectives and announced strategy.
The transition follows the issuance of the board resolution necessary to update the subsidiary’s corporate identity and operational framework.
The board members recently greenlighted the company’s strategic plan for the 2026-2030 period, which aims to position the firm as a primary investment umbrella for the Saudi agricultural sector.
