Riyadh — Mubasher: The board of Edarat Communication and Information Technology Company has approved the extension of the current audit committee’s term for a period of one year.

The extension is scheduled to begin on 21 August 2026 and will conclude on 22 August 2027, according to a bourse filing.

The decision maintains the existing composition of the committee without any changes.

Fahad bin Ahmed Al Humaidi will continue to serve as the chairman of the audit committee.

The remaining members of the committee are Sultan bin Nayef Al Sudairy and Dana bint Khalid bin Hader.

The board’s resolution to extend the term was finalized during a meeting held on 18 August 2026.

Edarat noted that the extension ensures continuity in the oversight of the company's financial reporting and internal control processes through the upcoming fiscal period.

It is worth noting that in the first half (H1) of 2026, the listed company’s net profits hit SAR 19.79 million.
