Riyadh — Mubasher: BinDawood Holding Company has concluded the buyback of its shares designated for the long-term employee incentive program.
The transaction was finalized on 20 August 2026 and follows the mandate granted by the extraordinary general assembly (EGM) on 17 June 2026, according to a bourse filing.
BinDawood Holding acquired 1 million shares, representing 0.0875% of its total share capital.
The total value of the repurchased shares amounted to SAR 4.58 million, executed at an average purchase price of SAR 4.5802 per share.
The buyback process was finalized within the 18-month period authorized by the shareholders.
According to the disclosure, the initiative is part of the strategic objectives of BinDawood Holding to foster an attractive and motivating work environment.
By implementing the incentive program, the company aims to attract and retain high-caliber talent and encourage performance levels that support its long-term growth trajectory.
The shares will be held as treasury shares until they are allocated to eligible employees under the terms of the incentive scheme.
