Riyadh — Mubasher: The Capital Market Authority (CMA) announced that the Committee for Resolution of Securities Disputes recently approved a request to register a class action lawsuit against Hamil Al Musk for Business Services Holding Company.
The legal action follows allegations that the company conducted a public offering of its shares without following required statutory procedures, in violation of Article 31 of the Capital Market Law.
The decision was issued under resolution number 33/L/D1/J/2026, allowing any individual who subscribed to shares in Hamil Al Musk Business Services to apply to join the collective litigation.
Under Article 57 of the Resolutions of Securities Disputes Proceedings Regulations, eligible investors have a period of 90 days from 20 August 2026 to submit their requests through the CMA website.
