Riyadh — Mubasher: National Building and Marketing Company recently restructured its audit committee through the appointment of Abdulaziz Ali Al Hudaib, according to a bourse filing.

The company clarified that the board of directors reached a resolution passed on 23 August 2026 which appointed the independent board member Al Hudaib to serve in this capacity until the conclusion of the current committee cycle on 6 March 2028.

Following this appointment, the audit committee is chaired by Sulaiman bin Dhafer Saad Al Hussein, who serves as an external member.

The remaining membership includes Al Hudaib and Ahmed Azzam Sukkar, who is also an external appointee.

National Building has lately disclosed its financial results for the first half (H1) of 2026, where it logged higher net profits at SAR 13.27 million when compared to SAR 7.27 million in H1-25.
