Riyadh — Mubasher: Tabuk Agricultural Development Company’s (TADCO) board of directors has approved the appointment of Wasmiah bint Wasmi Al Kulaib as an independent member.

The appointment, made via a circular resolution following a recommendation from the Remuneration and Nominations Committee, is effective immediately and fills a vacant seat on the board.

Al Kulaib will serve for the remainder of the current board term, which is scheduled to conclude on 11 August 2028. The company stated that the appointment is subject to formal approval at the next General Assembly meeting.

The official brings extensive experience in investment, business development, and corporate governance. She currently serves as Vice President of Business Development and Investment at the Al Jouf Strategic Development Office.

Her academic background includes a Master’s degree in Finance and Investment Management from Sacred Heart University in the United States and a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from King Faisal University.

She previously held several leadership and advisory roles at the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing.

Abdullah Hammoud Fallah Al Salhi recently concluded his assignment as Managing Director.
